Sound Baths are more than just a meditation - they’re a full-body experience. As you lie back and relax, the healing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, flutes, drums, and gong will gently guide you inward, inviting your body, mind, and spirit into a state of profound harmony.

We’ll begin with a short, gentle guided meditation to help you release tension, connect to your breath, and settle fully into the present moment. From there, the soundscape takes over—layered vibrations and tones weaving together to create an experience that soothes the nervous system and nourishes the soul. 

No meditation experience is needed. This space is open to everyone - just bring yourself and a willingness to receive.
