For this event guided meditation and healing instruments are woven together to create a deeply relaxing and immersive experience. Simply lay back, relax, and allow yourself to be taken on a journey. 

Crystal singing bowls, tibetan singing bowls, chimes, flutes, drums, and a gong all come together to create a powerful soundscape. These instruments all create unique vibrations meant to help bring us into better alignment, bring healing to our physical and emotional bodies, and help us connect to our intuition. They're also just really beautiful to listen to! 

No meditation experience is needed. This space is open to everyone - just bring yourself and a willingness to receive.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more deeply connected to yourself.
