For generations, Women have been taught to be agreeable, accommodating, easy to love. To swallow our instincts, soften our tongue, deny our anger, and question our knowing. To keep the peace even when it costs us ourselves. Silently carrying shame, anger, self-doubt, grief and the ache of shrinking ourselves to survive and burying our voice, authenticity, and passion.

Even our 'healing journey' threatens to train compliance. The trending flowery words, the peaceful chant... We meditate for our stress, try to keep a regulated nervous system, take all the latest supplements, listen to self help experts, manifest our desires, and do our vision boards every January. But theres a depth that never gets touched, a missing link connecting to our real life experiences. If we're still not happy? Then we must not be doing it right. Still have health issues? There must be a spiritual connection we are failing to identify. It all points back to blaming ourselves.

You're not the only one, and you dont need to carry it alone.

'FERAL'

Untamed by conditioning, expectation, or performance

Led by instinct, intuition, and the wisdom of the body.

Unwilling to abandon the self for approval, belonging, or survival.

Rooted in truth rather than trauma responses.

Alive, present, regulated - not controlled

Held in rhythm with the full moon, these gatherings invite us to come together in honesty, reflection, release, and remembrance. Through ritual, guided practices, voice, movement, and community, we'll explore the parts of ourselves that have been silenced, buried, or pushed aside. Not to become someone new. But to return.

To our voice, our truth, our instincts, our anger, our boundaries, our humanity.

Our softness isnt the problem, and shouldnt require self-abandonment. Soft Hearts Need Sharp Claws. Domestication took our voice, and our claws. Together we can set ourselves free, and re- member who we truly are, how we feel and what we want.

Some gatherings may feel quiet and tender. Others may ask us to stomp, shake, scream, grieve, laugh, rage, or release beneath the moonlight. Sometimes we gather around candlelight. Sometimes around fire. Sometimes we'll wander into the woods together afterward.

No performance. No pressure to share. No expectation to arrive “healed” or fearless, or even happy. Just a space to come as you are.
