Our Chair Dance Class is a sensual, confidence-building experience designed for women of all levels. This class focuses on fluid movement, flexibility, strength, and body awareness while learning soft, sexy chair-based choreography. Each session includes guided stretching, intentional movement, and empowering routines that help you reconnect with your femininity, release stress, and move with confidence—on and off the chair. This is a judgment-free, supportive space where women come to feel strong, sexy, and unapologetically themselves. No dance experience required—just show up in your heels.
