Join us for an evening of fun, laughter, and genuine connection at Manawa Connections, a facilitated event designed for men and women aged 30 to 45, limited to 15 men and 15 women.

From 6.30 to 10.30pm, you’ll be guided through playful games, interactive experiences, and other fun ways to get to know one another. 

The evening is held strongly in embodiment, with great music to help everyone feel at ease — because feeling comfortable in your body is the only way to be truly authentic.

The event is carefully facilitated to ensure everyone feels safe, included, and able to fully participate. By the end, we’ll gather for a relaxed moment to share non-alcoholic drinks together, reflect on the connections made, and simply enjoy being in community.

Come as you are, leave feeling lighter, connected, and inspired by the people around you.

About the Host

Jessie, the host of Manawa Connections, has over four years of experience facilitating community events, Manawa Ecstatic Dance, and women’s circles. 

Through her own healing journey, she has discovered the profound power of genuine connection, and helping others experience this has become her true calling.

Since launching in Tāmaki Makaurau, Manawa has held over 50 events in just 1.5 years, creating safe, heart-centered spaces for movement, expression, and authentic connection. 

Jessie is dedicated to bringing more connection, joy, and embodied presence to the local community.
