- **Event Description**: National Board Certified Teacher Mari Beth LaRose is leading a 3-day Kids Art Camp during Spring Break.

The camp will be held from 9am to 12pm on Monday, April 6, Wednesday, April 8, and Thursday, April 9 at Dare Arts in downtown Manteo. Children ages 6 to 12 will make a variety of mixed media projects including yarn art, clay, oil and pastel drawing, and paint pouring. Each day will include art studio time, a walk to the park to have snack, and play time. Students will create two pieces of art per day. 

Cost: $170 per student for Dare Arts members and $180 per student for non-members . Includes all supplies. Payment must be made in advance via credit card online at DareArts.org/workshops.

Students are asked to bring a snack and water bottle each day and wear paint friendly clothing. 

Preregistration is required. There must be 5 children signed up for this camp to take place. The camp is open to kids ages 6 to 12 and is limited to 10 students.

Please do not drop off your child any earlier than 8:50am. 

Cancellation policy: Registrations cannot be transferred to future workshops, classes, or camps. No-shows will not receive a refund. If you need to cancel for any reason, we will only refund you if we are able to fill the spot. If we are forced to reschedule/cancel the camp for any reason, we will contact you directly about the new date or refund.
