Wrap and Relax

Exciting collaboration with Tracey of Pause; Breath & Body Somatic Yoga and Judith of Hazelford Creative. We are hosting a one day relaxing workshop to help with the stress of seasonal preparations.

The morning will feature a session of somatic yoga. This will be followed with a delicious buffet lunch, included in the price of £35. After lunch there will be a demonstration of some creative gift wrapping techniques and a chance to tackle some of your own challenging, smaller presents. Paper is provided. Finally we will have a calming savasana to set you up, ready to go out and blitz those preparations.
