During this 45-minute class, take in the natural beauty of Kingwood Gardens and breath-in the fresh air.  Dress with appropriate outerwear and footwear as we will trek a 3/4-mile loop, ending with a 10-minute stretch session designed to improve muscle tone, flexibility, and range of motion.   After class you will leave feeling refreshed and restored in the mind body and spirit.
