Needle felting is the process of using a barbed needle to repeatedly jab natural fibers causing the fiber to tangle and become compacted into flat pieces or three-dimensional sculptures.

You will learn how to create a core shape how to wrap roving around the shape to begin the needle felting process and how to create other three-dimensional shapes such as a carrot nose arms and a hat of your choice. Needle felting skills learned in this class will enable you to create other felted projects on your own.

This class is geared towards beginners as well as those with previous felting experience. Creativity is not a requirement and there are no mistakes when it comes to this fun craft.
