Hand Building Clay Christmas Tree Class

Get into the Christmas spirit with Diane Tumminello “Old Vermilion Trail Pottery” for a fun hands-on create your own set of three Christmas trees. Light refreshments will be provided. This class will teach you the basic building technique of pinching your tree into shape and designing it by adding texture and/or embellishments.

Cost: $60 (per participant) Venmo through the Crossroads Collective Face book page or drop payment at the Crossroads Collective Shop. If using Venmo please add $3 for processing fees.

Ages 10+

Class size is limited to 12

Bring an over sized shirt to wear over your clothes or something you don’t mind getting clay on.

Class includes: Step by step instruction on the technique used to create your trees. After building your piece you’ll chose a glaze color from samples provided. Trees will be dried, bisque and glaze fired with a turn around time of 3 weeks.

You will be contacted via email/cell when your trees are ready. Pick-up location will be at the Crossroads Collective, 1 East Wellsboro St., Mansfield, PA. (The Collective is located directly behind Night and Day Cafe) Collective hrs. Sat 10-4, Sunday 1-4.
