Breakfast with Santa

Madison Middle School is introducing it's first ever "Breakfast with Santa!" Registration forms are coming home with Madison's elementary students in the next couple of days and should be returned by Monday, December 1st to the Middle School Office. They can also be turned in at the elementary buildings by December 1st.

If you do not attend Madison Schools, you are still Welcome to attend! Forms can be picked up at the Middle School Office or by clicking on this link and printing! Again, all forms are due by December 1st so we can make sure we have all the supplies needed to make the morning magical!
