Die Bürgermeister*innen der City of Pop des Zündfunk von BR2 aus den Jahren 2022 bis 2025 kommen aus nah und fern  angereist und hauen Dir ihre Lieblingsmusik um die Ohren, dass kein Auge trocken bleibt.

Gemeinsam decken die vier so ziemlich das gesamte Klangspektrum der Popgeschichte ab und werfen ihre Zuhörer*innen in ein Wechselbad der ganz großen Gefühle.

Zum Hintergrund:
Zusammengeführt über das Musik-Quiz "City of Pop" des BR2-Zündfunk getreu dem Motto "Music Makes The People Come Together" und nach einer tollen After-Hour-Tour mit Endpunkt BLAU anlässlich des Konzerts von THE CARDIGANS im Sommer 2024 war allen klar: 
Hier muss mal gemeinsam aufgelegt werden!
