You are invited to an exhibition drawn from one of Australia’s most significant private collections of cartographic archives which includes 15th century European maps as well as maps depicting Australia and the Pacific. The maps tell the changing story of map-making from woodblock printing in 1482 to the beginnings of topographical surveying in late 20th century.
