Nourishing herbal infusions- strong, long-infused herbal teas- are a very simple way to benefit from herbs on a regular basis. We will discuss how to make a nourishing infusion, which herbs to consider using, as well as what the benefits are for each of the herbs.

As part of the class, you will get to sample a couple of Kara's favorite nourishing infusions!
