Full Moon Flow

Full Moon Flow is a circular lunar salutation practice (Chandra Namaskar) that moves around the mat, symbolizing the cyclical nature of life. It's a celebration of our fullness — honoring where we are, recognizing how far we've come, and setting intentions for what we want to share with the world. All levels are welcome.
