🌬️ 11:00-12:00PM Breathwork SessionThis is where the shift happens. Breathwork is a guided experience using intentional breathing patterns to instantly shift your state, release what no longer serves you, and connect to a higher power. This is the most talked-about and impactful part of the event.

❄️ 12:00-1:00PM Cold Plunge PartyMusic pumping, smoothies flowing, and cold water awakening every cell in your body. This is where you lock in your transformation and celebrate the new you.

🏖️ 1:00-2:00PM Beach OlympicsWe wrap things up with fun, connection, and play — team games, laughter, and the freedom to be a kid again in a supportive and safe environment.
