Join us for a deeply restorative evening of Yoga Nidra, followed by the soothing embrace of Sound Healing. This experience is designed to help you fully unwind, release stress, and connect with a place of inner peace.
Theresa Falvey-Hunt will begin with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often called "yogic sleep." As you settle into stillness, you’ll be guided through a body scan and visualizations that invite relaxation and ease, allowing your body and mind to access a profound state of rest.
Afterward, surrender to the gentle vibrations of Sound Healing. Soothing sounds from instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, gong and such, will create a meditative soundscape, enhancing your journey of relaxation and inner healing.
