The Droors are a 5-piece American Doors cover band from Sheboygan, WI. The band formed in 2014 from a collection of die-hard Doors fans who have been playing together on and off for the past 20+ years. All of the members have played in numerous bands over the years, several of them are currently in multiple bands. It started as a fun side project: one show featuring the entire Morrison Hotel album. But it quickly grew into an act with an enthusiastic following that continues to gather momentum to this day. The Droors take pride in sounding exactly like the original band but add enough unique personality and improvisation to keep people coming back. The detail and nuance they put into their music has amazed even the hardest Doors fanatic. They perform popular favorites, live-only favorites, and deep cuts. They also play songs that The Doors originally covered by artists such as Van Morrison, Bo Diddley, Willie Dixon, and more. Seeing The Droors has been described as being transported back to 1970, a time when the best music in history was made. If you are a Doors fan, you can’t miss this act. If you are a fan of classic rock, psychedelic rock, jazz, or blues, you will love The Droors.
