Across our nation, Christianity is being fused with political power in ways that divide, exclude, and harm. Many call it Christian Nationalism. But what is it really? How do we recognize it? How do we guard our faith against it? And how do we respond as followers of Jesus?

Join Pastor Matt for four Wednesday Lenten Lunch & Learn sessions where we'll explore:

• What Christian Nationalism is, and what it is not
• How to discern when faith is being distorted by fear or power
• How Scripture forms us for justice and courage
• What it means to practice an alternative way rooted in love of neighbor
• How to pray and speak faithfully in divided times

This is not a partisan gathering. It is a theological one.

Together we will ground ourselves in Scripture, deepen our formation, and strengthen our witness to a Christ who was crucified by empire, not crowned by it.

Whether you feel concerned, confused, curious, or called to deeper understanding, you are welcome.

No prior study required. Bring a Bible, an open heart, and a willingness to listen. A light lunch will be provided,

3/4/26 - Week 2 – Testing the Spirits: Learning to Discern False Gospels 
3/11/26 - no session this week
3/18/26 - Week 3 – Literacy, Leadership, and Justice: Resisting with Formation
3/25/26 - Week 4 – Speaking Faithfully: Prayer, Courage, and Public Witness
