Core & Glute Connection is a focused, workshop-style yoga & weights class designed to help you better understand and feel how breath and muscle engagement support your movement.
This class moves at a more intentional pace, with a longer warm-up to build awareness and activation, and an extended cool-down to stretch, release, and integrate the work.
Using light to moderate weights alongside mindful yoga sequencing, we’ll explore how proper breath, core engagement, and glute support create stability, ease, and strength in everyday movement and in your yoga practice.
This workshop is an in-depth extension of Stephanie’s weekly Strength class, offering more time, education, and integration for those who want to deepen their understanding of how and why this work supports your body.
This class is ideal for anyone looking to:
• feel more connected to their body during class
• build sustainable strength using yoga and weights
• move with greater awareness, not just effort
• improve posture and functional support
• reduce lower back discomfort and unnecessary tension
This will be offered as a quarterly event, allowing you to revisit these fundamentals each season and continue building a strong, supportive foundation over time.
