I’m Laura Gallant, and I can hardly believe we’ve already wrapped up the first quarter of 2026! It’s time to start planning our favorite annual traditions: the Potluck in the Park at Bill Bauer Park and our Annual Neighborhood Yard Sale.

For those of you new to the area—WELCOME! A few years ago, I started organizing the yard sale and took over the potluck tradition. I truly believe that the more connected we are, the safer and friendlier our neighborhood becomes. I know we all love that  we don't have an HOA, these events are strictly about building connections and supporting each other—no regulations about your property or how you live, just community.

I recently attended a few "Hey Neighbor" events and gathered some fantastic new ideas. However, as a full-time business owner, I’ve realized I can’t do it all alone! I’m looking for a few neighbors who would like to help plan these events or share their own ideas for the neighborhood.

You’re Invited!
Please join me at my home for coffee, tea, and treats to discuss how we can work together to make our neighborhood a wonderful place to live.

Where: 316 Sutherland Pl

Who is included? I’ve been asked about the "boundaries" of our group. Generally, I’m reaching out to:
Homes on the right side of Crystal Park Rd (up to the gate).
All homes down to the Crystal Park Rd Townhomes.
All homes along the East ridge of Crystal Hills Blvd up to the open space.
