Collograph Workshop

This is a a wonderful collograph workshop guided by a spectacular, local artist! Join Ramona Lapsley on March 14, from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at the Manitou Art Center - 513 Manitou Avenue.

Students in this workshop will create a collage from two dimensional textured items that will be glued down . The process of inking the collage plate and then printing it on printmaking paper with the printing press will follow. Various inking and wiping techniques will be used as well as colored and textured papers to create beautiful and interesting one of a kind prints. Students are free to bring various 2-D textured items such as aluminum foil, sand paper, yarn, string, lace...
