We have gained a presence over the last few years and hope those who have visited us before will come again! It’s across the street from the Commonwheel Art Festival in Memorial Park on the same weekend,” says PPQG Silent Auction Co-Chairperson, Janie Levanger.The Quilt Showcase & Boutique will be open Saturday-Sunday, September 5-6 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Monday, September 7 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. This free admission event features a handmade quilt silent auction (to bid or purchase), quilt sales, a raffle quilt, plus other items like boutique, home décor, handmade gifts, and more – just in time for the holidays! There will also be a display of this year’s PPQG quilt challenge entries, plus educational presentations about quilts in general (including vintage quilts). Carol Flax, Boutique Co-Chairman, also comments that “we have so much to offer for those interested in hand-crafted and unique gift items.
