Join us for a cozy afternoon in the basement during our Sip & Shop that blends mindfulness, movement, and creativity as we welcome the season of gratitude.

✨ What to Expect
• Begin with a calming gratitude meditation + gentle yoga flow led by Heather Williams.
• Transition into painting your own autumn door hanger (pictured) — complete with warm fall tones, leaves, and pumpkins.
• Sip on seasonal drinks: hot cider, fall sangria, or autumn spiced tea
