- **Event Description**: Curious about the routes for Run the Pier summer Running fest?  Join the Manistee Run Club Sunday July 12th at Duffy Park for a pre-event run!  All are welcome!  Runner and walkers.  You can run any of the courses, the 5k, 10k, 1/2 or full marathon route.  A cookout is planned for the finish with n/a beverages.  This will be considered a self supported event.  Bring plenty of hydration and fuel for your run/walk.  We will provide some Aid on the route with water.  Location tbd.    Join us as and get the feel of the course with fellow athletes and enjoy some fellowship after!    THIS IS NOT A RACE.  This is a fun run/walk.  A way to get out and enjoy the morning while getting familiar with the course.  Hope to see you there!
