? In a world marked by uncertainty, conflict, and stress, cultivating mindfulness and resilience helps us respond wisely rather than react impulsively. Through this introductory seminar and experiential laughter yoga session, participants will explore how mindful awareness, emotional balance, compassion, and joyful connection can strengthen both individual well-being and healthier, more compassionate communities.

?❤️ Laughter is more than recreation—it can nurture human connection, reduce stress, foster positivity, and build supportive relationships. Combined with mindfulness, it can help us develop greater inner strength, clarity, kindness, and resilience in navigating everyday challenges.

Brother Billy Tan is a retired Six Sigma business development consultant and professional trainer who has trained countless business professionals in more than 20 countries throughout Asia, Europe, and Africa. He is a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Laughter Yoga Teacher, and Laughter Ambassador. In sharing teachings of the Buddha, Brother Billy studied under the late Venerable Dr. M. Punnaji Maha Thera, and has delivered countless Buddha Dhamma lectures throughout Malaysia. 

As founder of MALPHIL (Malaysia Philippines Humanitarian Community), Brother Billy has been raising funds to reach out to marginalized communities with charitable donations, humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, and education scholarships in the Philippines, as well as other ASEAN countries. 
Since 2018, Brother Billy has conducted countless Mindfulness-Based Resilience programs at Correctional Institution for Women (CIW) Mandaluyong City and Leyte Regional Prison (LRP) for the reformation, mental health, and emotional well-being of prison inmates. These programs have also been extended to hundreds of prison officers as part of Bureau of Corrections' mental health programs for officers. MALPHIL has also provided numerous charitable donations of education, personal hygiene, recreational, and livelihood requisites to prison inmates at CIW and LRP.
