"If you don't love Tolkien, you may not love Dandelion Lakewood." - Nick Carswell, Kansas Public Radio
Dandelion Lakewood is an otherworldly bard: a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, audio engineer, sound designer, and video maker born in Kansas City. As if emerged from an ancient, abandoned temple woven from thriving, thick green foliage, Dandy conjures musical spells for creatures of distant realms so that they can remember their sovereign power and lift each other up.
Sally Vee is an award-winning songwriter, performer, and multi-instrumentalist from the Flint Hills of Kansas with more than twenty years of experience in the music industry. She is a registered songwriter with Broadcast Music Incorporated as well as the ECO and is a member of the Touring Roster of Artists with the Kansas Arts Commission as well as the Heartland Song Network. She currently teaches at the Flint Hills Academy of Music.
Hedgebird is the version of you having the individualized consciousness experience of a neurodivergent singer-songwriter dwelling in the Flint Hills of Kansas. After writing and playing in isolation, he felt compelled to share his bluegrass-inspired bedroom folk songs with his community and find some resonance in knowing others at the risk of being known.
