- **Event Description**: They arrived via plane, train, and subway, on the weekend of glacial cold and a historic blizzard...and we held our second NYCIntensive weekend workshop in January! This is a new weekend series Robert and I are teaching together; we meet on the Friday night for intros, have workshop 10 to 4 Saturday and Sunday, lunch and dinner together, and discuss student stories, chapters or essays with rigor and support. Held in midtown Manhattan, convenient to Penn Station. you get feedback from both Robert and I on your manuscripts! It is incredibly fun teaching with Robert, and creating this community with students. We will have our next sessions the weekends of June 26 to 28 and August 7 to 9. Registration open now; the cost is $850 for the weekend and the class is capped at 12.
