TRIP DETAILS (please read all of the details prior to purchasing your seat on the bus)
Departing from Princeton, WV
Who wants to experience New York City in December? From uptown to downtown, the city boasts holiday offerings like the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree, light festivals, and the best holiday markets NYC has to offer. Whether you channel your inner grinch or cheery elf during NYC's most wonderful season, we've got you covered on this overnight bus trip! So grab a few of your family or friends and join us. :-) And remember if you travel with us your purchase will help Mom’s who have lost children on their journey of grief through yearly retreats and support groups.
🤶🏻We will depart Princeton WV Wal-Mart at 7pm sharp on Friday evening. Please arrive by 6:30pm so we can get everyone loaded into the assigned seats.
🤶🏻 We will travel through the night and only stop for pick ups or as needed. You’ll be on the bus approximately nine hours. There is a restroom on the bus for your convenience.
🤶🏻We will stop at a truckstop in Bloomsberry, New Jersey and you will have approximately one and a half hours to change clothes and freshen up. Please keep in mind that our bus alone will have approximately 50 passengers and there could be other buses there at the same time as us. There are showers at this truckstop but because of timing we do not recommend showering here.
🤶🏻 We will arrive in New York City at approximately 7 AM and be dropped off at Rockefeller Center. You will have the day on your own to explore. We will meet back at the Port Authority bus station, 605 8th Ave, New York at 9:30 PM to board the bus and leave promptly at 10 PM to head back to West Virginia. We should arrive back in West Virginia at approximately 7 AM on Sunday morning.

~ PayPal or Credit Card (will incur a 4% service fee)
~ Seats are sold on a first come first serve basis.
~ All Passangers must pay for a seat.
~ Bus seating WILL BE assisnged so that you are seated with your group. Please know that odd numbered groups may be seated with someone you don't know.
~ No smoking, vaping, or alcolholic beverages allowed on the bus.
~ NO REFUNDS!! All deposits and payments are non-refundable due to contract obligations with Vendors.
~ If you miss the buses scheduled departure time, you will be responsible for your own transportation and the cost of said transportation. We cannot hold the bus past departure time out of courtesy of the bus driver and their allowed driving times.
~ All passengers are insured while on the motorcoach only. Travel with a Passion/Charters for Charity is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged articles or luggage.
~ We suggest travel insurance to protect yourself in case of changes or unforeseen circumstances, sickness, unexpected overnight stays, etc.
~ Drinks and snacks are allowed in the buses, no glass and drinks must have sealed lids.
~ Consider bringing a book to read, headphones/sleeping mask if you plan to sleep.
