Introductions, intentions, ground rules. 9:15–11:45am — Guided hike with structured pauses and open group conversation 11:45am — Scenic overlook. Longer group processing time with our therapist facilitator. 12:15pm — Lunch together. No agenda, just people. 2:00pm — Hudson Valley vineyard.
