About the event
Sunday Run
Meet at the carpark opposite Flics kitchen at 6.25am.
We run for 45-60mins with the route decided on the day. It’s usually an out and back towards the marina - roughly 9kms but you can turn around at any point you want to.
Plenty of different runners with different abilities and pace’s. You’ll fit right in.
Meet back at the bay cafe for coffee and chit chat afterwards. Click yes to rsvp so we know to look out for you!
