1hour of nurturing relaxation, de-stressing for deep peace, and creating loving self- care habits increasing self-worth and self-belief.

All participants are to bring their own mat (can use gym mat if needed), pillow and blanket, and a bottle of water. It’s important to be as comfortable as possible. Some people like to bring their own bean bags too.
