Sound Bath Meditation

The new moon symbolises fresh starts and new beginnings. It is a time for introspection and setting intentions.

Join me in welcoming this space of creation and all the possibilities of new beginnings, in a guided Sound Bath Meditation.

Please bring a pillow, water bottle and journal.

The meditation will be done lying down to maximise your experience.

Cacao is served following the mediation. Tea is also available.
