Intro to coastal trail running and hiking

This is an intro training trail run and hike. Meet at Melrose Beach carpark.
Runners of all abilities welcome. Brief intro to trail running and the Melrose Beach network. Wade will take the intro runners on a circa 6km run, Maree will take the Hikers. Nick will take the regular Sunday run for circa 9km. Hikers must be able to walk up a hill. Coffee and/or swim afterwards at Melrose Beach car park. Last week of Florida beach gyms 8-week fitness challenge, so their participants will join also.
