✨ 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐬 & 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐬 ✨
Find your flow, your laughter, and your stillness among the trees at Harmony Retreat.
Facilitated by Amanda Formby, this gentle yoga session invites you to stretch, breathe, and be fully present — surrounded by the soft bleats of baby goats, lambs and chickens wandering freely across the grass.
It’s a joyful blend of movement and mindfulness, where nature and play meet peace.
As you flow through simple postures, our friendly herd may nuzzle beside you, rest near your mat, or climb curiously onto your heart space — reminding you that life doesn’t have to be so serious.
Here, connection is the practice.
Connection to your breath.
Connection to the earth.
Connection to your inner child — the part of you that still knows how to giggle, wonder, and simply be.
Nestled on 25 peaceful acres in Meelon, Harmony Yoga with Goats & Lambs is a light-hearted way to return to yourself and the present moment — one bleat, one breath at a time.

All of the animals involved have been hand-raised and bottle-fed, and they genuinely love being around people. They’re gentle, social, and very much part of our family here at Harmony Retreat. These sessions take place in a spacious paddock, giving the goats and lambs plenty of room to move freely — including walking away if they choose. Their comfort and wellbeing always come first.
