Join us for two hours together beneath the energy of the Strawberry Full Moon as we gather in circle to slow down, reconnect, and honour the changing season.

In the pace of everyday life, it can feel easy to drift from ourselves, from stillness, and from the quiet wisdom found in nature. The moon and its cycles have long offered rhythm, reflection, and a gentle invitation to pause.

As we move through the Southern winter solstice, this full moon offers space for renewal, listening, and intention.

Together we will share:

☾ Ceremonial cacao
☾ Guided meditation
☾ Wild writing prompts for reflection and insight
☾ Reiki share and gentle energetic connection
☾ Sound healing for grounding and rest

Feel free to bring something meaningful to place on the altar for the evening. A crystal, flower, photograph, written intention, or sacred object you feel called to bring. Together we will imbue these pieces with the energy of the evening for you to take home and continue your own quiet ritual.

Your host, Liz Brown, has held trainings, retreats, and circles internationally and brings together meditation, trauma-informed energy work, shamanic principles, nervous system awareness, and intuitive practice to create spaces that feel grounded, welcoming, and restorative.

Come as you are. Bring a journal, a blanket, or any comforts of home. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, though mats will also be available.

Cacao will be offered on the evening, so feel free to bring your favourite mug.
