About the Event
Summer is on its way, and there’s no better time to get active in the fresh air. Join us at Keith Holmes Reserve, overlooking the stunning Mandurah Marina, for high-energy outdoor fitness sessions designed to get your heart pumping. Classes run every Thursday from 9am to 9.45am, between 23 October and 11 December.
Exercising outdoors has been shown to improve physical health by building strength, endurance, and flexibility.
It also boosts mental health, with research from health organisations in Australia showing that group fitness can reduce stress, improve mood, and increase motivation.
These sessions are suitable for all ages, so bring your friends, family, or come on your own and enjoy the social side of staying active.
Afterwards, support our local businesses by stopping in for a coffee or breakfast at one of the many nearby cafés and restaurants.
