Breath - to regulate the nervous system, settle the mind and embody presence 

Gentle, soft, movement - to release tension and create flow without force

Guided Meditation - to anchor intention into the body and create your new reality in complete alignment 

Deep Relaxation - to surrender and allow integration. Bringing your heartfelt intentions into being.

This unique journey will be accompanied by Adam Lewin on flute - weaving you through a live soundscape, designed to immerse all of your senses and activate your dream state.
