A Grief Circle


Grief comes in many forms.

This circle is for anyone living with grief, loss, or the aftermath of something that changed your life — whether through death, a relationship ending, trauma, a major life transition, or simply the loss of what once was.

You don’t have to move through it alone.

Together, we’ll create a gentle, safe space to pause, breathe, feel, and honor whatever you’re carrying. Through meditation, gentle grief yoga, journaling, reflection, and optional sharing, we’ll make space for both the pain and the courage it takes to keep moving forward.

Tentative Schedule
5:00 — Welcome & Introductions
5:05–5:30 — Guided Meditation
5:30–6:00 — Gentle Grief Yoga Practice
6:00–6:15 — Journaling & Optional Sharing
6:15–6:30 — Grief Education & Closing

Please wear something comfortable and cozy.

Pens and paper will be provided.

Come exactly as you are. There is nothing to fix, nothing to force — just a space to breathe, feel, and be held in community.
