Join Kaitey & Nichol for a guided journey through yoga nidra and restorative poses with hot stones.

Nichol will lead you through a series of fully supported, reclined restorative yoga postures. While in each pose hot stones will be offered. Their warmth and weight will ground the body.

Kaitey will guide you through yoga nidra meditations that will bring you into a deep state of relaxation. All in a candlelit space.

Each session will have a different theme. This unique series is the ultimate trifecta leading you from total bliss to total surrender.
