Friday evening, join guest instructor Megan Gabriell for a peaceful sunset yoga flow at Fontainebleau State Park, presented by Pelican Park Nature Club.

This gentle vinyasa flow is designed to help you relax, release the week, and return to yourself in the stillness of nature.

As the sun sinks over Lake Pontchartrain, you’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and let the sound of the water carry you back to center.
