Candlelight TRE + Soundbath
Join Jessica & Laureen for a healing Somatic experience.
Experience Somatic practices to regulate your Nervous System & decrease tension in your body. TRE(trauma release ex) is a trauma healing modality created by Dr David Bercelli. Laureen will guide you with some education then gentle fatiguing ex to facilitate your neurogenic tremor. Jessica will help integrate with singing bowls & other instruments in a soothing Soundbath experience~all in the glow of candlelight.
