Master the art of making commercial quality yeast-raised doughnuts from start to finish. Join us in this 2-day hands-on class, and learn how to make colourful and flavorful classic ring donuts and filled donuts using a vanilla base recipe and a chocolate base recipe. Doughnuts will be filled and topped to make fantastic flavors like, the Classic Vanilla Glazed Doughnut, Mango Glazed Doughnut, Banana and Coffee Doughnut, Pistachio and Lemon Doughnut, Double-glazed Doughnut, Red Velvet Doughnut, Matcha Glaze Doughnut, Ganache and Maldon Salt Doughnut, Decadent Chocolate Doughnut, Lemon and Raspberry Red Doughnut, Chocolate and Almond Praline Doughnut, Apple Caramel and Cheese Crumble Doughnut, Blueberry Cheesecake Doughnut, Mango and Chocolate Doughnut. Plus, get tips and tricks on how to create wonderful new flavors.
This is a participative class. Bring food containers for take-home doughnuts.
