Join us at Zouk Tea Bar & Grill Manchester for an unforgettable hands-on cooking experience, where you’ll learn how to prepare some of our most popular à la carte dishes!

Our Zouk Signature Dishes Cooking Class is perfect for food lovers who want to recreate authentic Pakistani and Indian restaurant favourites at home. Under the expert guidance of our chefs, you’ll discover how to cook three delicious starters, a classic curry, and an authentic biryani — all bursting with flavour and Zouk flair.

What You’ll Learn

This fun, interactive class begins with a traditional Samosa Chaat, a famous Pakistani street food favourite made with crispy samosa, fresh pomegranate, coriander and tamarind chutney.

You’ll then master two of our best-loved grilled starters — Seekh Kebabs and Punjabi Lollipops — both of which can be cooked on a BBQ or under a home grill. Our chefs will show you how to hand-form kebabs like a pro and marinate chicken in our signature Punjabi spice blend.

For the main courses, you’ll create:

Butter Chicken – our rich, creamy curry made with tender barbecued chicken, cashew nuts and gentle spices.

Lamb Biryani – a traditional Sindhi-style biryani made with fragrant basmati rice, aromatic spices and tender lamb.

Side dishes of Pilau Rice and Naan Bread will complete your feast. (Our chefs will cook the naan using the tandoor, but you’ll take home step-by-step instructions so you can make them at home.)

After the Class

Once the cooking is done, relax and enjoy a well-earned banquet of all the dishes you’ve created — paired perfectly with a refreshing drink from the bar.
