There will be calming live music and a chance to light a candle as part of the global Wave of Light at 7pm.This is a family event, with a sensory baby area, creative activities for children and adults, and space to simply be together.Babies and young children may be present. We understand this may feel sensitive for some, so please do whatever feels right for you on the evening.Since 2019, The Whitworth has worked alongside parents who have experienced the loss of a baby, using art workshops as a way to process grief, support connection and create softly held spaces for remembrance. These workshops are called Still Parents and continue to run monthly in partnership with Manchester Sands.
