Added to that some pixie baking from Liz at High Lane Farm bringing you her Christmas Special Cream Tea.What a gift for yourself or others to join us for this relaxing, chilled out Sound Bath and meditation including reading and positive spells for the collective. This is followed by an awesome homemade cream tea and individual offerings of tarot readings and spellmaking from Matt and Grant from their Christmas at extra charge. Sound can help you relax and get to a peaceful space - it has been found to reduce pain and inflammation, sleep and also support the immune system - these are just a few of its benefits.We dont give refunds as spaces are limited - but you can give your ticket to a friend.GROUP GONG BATH INSTRUCTIONSFor gong bath events you need to provide your own yoga mat (or comfortable mat of a similar size), pillow, soft, light blanket, eye mask (optional) and a bottle of water. It is advisable to bring a towel to roll up and place under your knees in order to support your back.You need to arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the specified start time.
