5k run/walk on Thanksgiving morning. We will start promptly at 8:15 so everyone can get home to their turkeys! Meet up at the parking lot at the Rec. Center.

We’re so excited for our Thanksgiving Morning 5K Fun Run at the Manchester Rec Center — starting at 8:15 AM!The run is free and open to everyone — runners, walkers, families, and friends!
This year, we’re coming together to give back to our community by collecting donations for:
🎒 Manchester City Schools – These items help local students with everyday needs and weekend food bags.Here’s what’s most needed:
• Youth large socks (boys & girls) and adult small socks 🧦
• Underwear sizes 6T–10/12 (boys & girls) 👕
• Jogging pants sizes 6T–10/12 (boys & girls) 🩳
• Kids’ shoes (youth sizes 11–6) 👟
• Deodorant 🧴
• Mac & cheese cups 🧀
• Ramen noodles 🍜
• Small bags of chips 🍟
🥫 The Good Samaritan of Manchester – We’ll also be collecting non-perishable food items to support local families this holiday season.
