This is a creative call to respond to Storm-Cloud, a contemporary performance lecture that reimagines John Ruskin’s 1884 address The Storm-Cloud of the Nineteenth Century.PLEASE NOTE: this workshop is particularly aimed at English, Acting and Performance students at Manchester Metropolitan University but it is open to all. This is a free event, sponsored by the Manchester Centre for Gothic Studies and the Long Nineteenth-Century Network.In order to attend this workshop, it's recommended that you also book onto the free performance of Storm-Cloud which will take place earlier on the same afternoon, also in the Grosvenor Theatre.
