She works with a range of grassroots, third sector, public sector and educational organisations on their racial literacy as part of her independent researcher and consultant portfolio. As an Associate at The Centre for Race, Education and Decoloniality at Leeds Beckett University, Penny designs and delivers racial literacy training and is Lead Coach for the Anti-Racist School Award programme.
