These 60-minute sessions are open to women aged 18+, especially those who are currently inactive, less active, or looking for a positive way to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.Whether you’re returning to movement, struggling to stay active due to busy schedules, or simply looking for a supportive community, She Moves is here to help you build confidence and enjoy movement at your own pace.Expect:✨ Fun, high-energy dance fitness sessions✨ Afro, House & feel-good music vibes✨ Functional exercises using bodyweight and light equipment (eg: resistance bands & steps)✨ A safe and supportive women-only environment✨ Opportunities to connect with like-minded women✨ No pressure, judgement or fitness experience neededSession Details? Mondays | 5:30pm–6:30pm (Session 1), 6:30pm - 7:30pm (Session 2)?️ Free to attend. All fitness levels welcome?20 spaces per session. 1x Ticket per person.  New sessions will be released in monthly booking blocks using the same Eventbrite link. Please only book sessions you know you can attend as spaces are limited.?
